Why Choose us?

Thank you for visiting our website. We know you have a choice of ear health practitioners and we are delighted you have taken this time to visit our website. We want you to be happy in choosing the right person to look after your ears and hope that you will be confident in choosing us to take care of you. As experienced caregivers with a keen interest in health and wellbeing we can also help support on other areas of good health and signposting but for now here is a little about our ear care;

We are experienced, highly qualified and trained to a high standard in ear care. The training we have undergone supports best practice in ear care and is officially accredited by the British Society of Audiologists (BSA), The British Society of Hearing Aid Audiologists (BSHAA), and ENT UK. No other training programme in the UK offers accreditation from these recognised bodies.

At Good Health at Home we offer an all-round ear care service from the initial consultation to onward referral as necessary. We offer ear wax removal via irrigation (syringing), and/or microsuction utilising the latest photo and video technology in partnership with Tympa Health. What sets our ear care service apart is that we have a direct link to experienced audiologists who can review anything we think warrants a further review, second opinion, and reassurance. ENT referral is also part of the service should this be necessary.

In addition we offer a hearing screening which can ascertain if there is any hearing loss present and allow a discussion around any next steps in your ear care and hearing journey. If you are a Health Care Practitioner reading this, you will be interested to know that the way we work is designed to ease the pressure on the NHS by delivering ear and hearing health directly into the community, increasing accessibility for patients, and reducing the NHS outpatient waiting list burden which has grown substantially due to the pandemic. For more information please contact us. We are of course insured and fully DBS screened.
